Join us for Astanga Yoga every Saturday morning 7.45 am or Tuesday at 6.30 pm, or both, Live on Zoom.

A morning Astanga class is the perfect way to start your day, as this session will energize you for the rest of the day.

This class is designed for everyone who wants to learn Astanga, or for those who are more advanced in the practice and wish to continue an enjoyable weekly class. Beginners will enjoy the fun flowing aspect of the practice, as well as feel confident with the famous sequence. For the more advanced practitioner, postures can be evolved to suit all.

Each Astanga class is 75 - 90 minutes average, is easy to follow with clear instruction, and is intended to start you on a routine of self practice, with the long term goal of transforming your physical, mental, and spiritual health.
