Here you will find the available yoga classes that are weekly. Especially in the summer time you may see me doing yog or chi moving out and about somewhere in nature so please come and join with me.

Also on this page is information about available private one to one or small group yoga classes which may interest you.

Saturday - 7.45 am - 9 am

Astanga Vinyasa

Astanga vinyasa yoga full primary series at the Space yoga studio. Traditionally practiced in the early morning, this class will energize the vital energy and in short time, strengthen the body and mind.

Sunday 10 am - 11.15 am

Kundalini Kriya Yoga

In this class we use specific Kriyas (actions, effort) of pranayama, asana, mantra chanting, & meditation, to prepare the body and to agitate kundalini energy to rise up through the body. By awakening kundalini to merge with the crown chakra, one can know ‘yoga’, the union of primal energy and pure consciousness.

The Kriyas are dynamic, energizing and strengthening.

The Kriyas are directly linked to every system & organ that controls our human technology, so with the regular practice of Kriya we understand & develop ourselves & our journey in life. 

This class welcomes all, and you don’t need to be flexible, just bring an open mind.

Saturday - 9.30 am - 10.45 am

Hatha Yoga

In this class we practice the classical sequence of asana, pranayama, meditations that are strengthening for mind and body and are good for all levels of practitioner.

We add variations to asanas when needed so that the class remains accessible to all. 

A daily practice of hatha yoga is the anti-aging formula that yogis have practiced for thousands of years.

Sunday - 4.45 pm - 5.45 pm
